      Pros

      Great products that are suitable to sell to large complex customers as well as mid-size developing and more nimble organisations . Open culture and energetic people. I have not been to HQ yet, but I am told it is a great culture with committed and passionate people . Impressed at being able to retain Adabas & Natural customers for so long and have such a positive user-base .

      Cons

      May have left our wM user base alone at times for too long, but committed now to rectify that. Seems a little process-driven and not flambouyant enough . I am a leader, so up to me to change that I guess :-)

      Excellent onboarding process. Professional and friendly HR staff. Throughout the process, provided useful information and answered all of my questions making it a very easy transition to a new job.

      No Cons in the onboarding process.

      Pros

      Excellent place to work. Nice people and environment. Good exposure to latest technologies and wide range of product suites. Flexible schedule and the team respects the good work. Very friendly HR too.

      Cons

      Nothing major at all . Maybe the free monthly breakfast can have better options :-)
