      Pros

      Good work/life balance in general. No micro management, you are trusted from Day 1 to do your job properly- either if you work from home or not. Several socials events which improve team building.

      Cons

      Consultants are not considered enough from the board. We are the persons doing the hard work and making sure the customers are and stay happy. However all rewards go at all the time to the sales team (eg trip all paid for in a nice place - only for the sales...). Sales persons might bring the money in but Software ag needs to remember that the customer satisfaction and fidelity is done by other persons within the company...

      Comprehensive, high quality Digital Business Platform

      Cons

      Management is arrogant and has lost contact with the field and the market. Very bureaucratic Pricing and licensing policies are obsolete
