Some of my number one pros would be the benefits package (health care plans, vacation, sick time and flexible work schedule). I also feel that there may be room for career growth in my current division.

If you are a good worker and you are not in GCS you can stay in this company for a large period of time. Same position same job.

Cons

It is quite difficult to develop your carreer in the sense that after ten years, you are in the same position with the same job and the same salary.
