      Great products with a strong strategy

      Pros

      We have a new CEO and Exec leadership team that have a strong track record of strengthening a company's existing products while transforming the organization into a high growth business, focused the strongest markets (like IOT, AI, Integration etc). It is a high energy, performance driven culture with strong incentives for Sales people.

      Cons

      There will always be challenges when acquiring new companies but so far so good w/ the most recent acquisitions.

      Pros

      Good Work Life Balance. Never faced any pressure in my 4 years of tenure. Compensation is matched with Product MNCs such as Oracle, CISCO etc but lesser than Start ups.

      Cons

      People are under employed and they don't utilise their full potential. You often get bored with lack of challenging work to do. There is no differential if you perform or not. Everything is just averaged out.
