      So much potential but so many missteps...

      Pros

      Software AG's products have been leaders in their respective markets for years. There are people interested in making the company better.

      Cons

      - Silo'd business units result in lack of teamwork as business units have no incentive to work together. This results in missed opportunities and lost sales. - US is not Europe - While a known name in IT in Europe, it is not in US and is perceived as old/not innovative.
