      Company is good But lots of Politics

      Pros

      One of the Good Company to work. Company is based out in Europe. Good Working Culture overall except DevOps Team WFH is available but slowing migrating to Hybrid Good avg Salary as per the industry

      Cons

      Company is going to be private. Lots of unknown things. Many high level and mid level exit recent days If you are planning to join a DevOps team, it is advisable to choose Chennai as your preferred location else do not join. If you join Bangalore, you may face challenges in performing your role effectively. Most of the senior professionals in the DevOps team are based in Chennai, and they may not readily share their knowledge. As a result, you might have to work with significant gaps in your knowledge and face daily challenges. Furthermore, the Chennai team may misrepresent your contributions to enhance their own importance in front of management." You would start feeling pain on daily basis coz of this.

      As there are lot of technical stack to work on you will get hand's on experience on lot of stacks. They are moving to cloud so you will get first hand experience on new things

      Cons

      There is lot of bureaucracy you might feel things are going in a slow pace
