      Pros

      Great management all the way to the top at Slack.and, talented co-workers willing to share the knowledge. They go to great lengths to keep the culture the same.

      Cons

      There is a constant battle to keep the Salesforce culture from creeping in.

      Pros

      The product was well liked by their customers. Many customers fought hard in their company to keep Slack. Salesforce is a good company and tries to do the right thing.

      Cons

      Sales management was very negative. There is no positive feedback or coaching. It is a constant beat down. Salesforce got so big that the right hand didn't know what the left hand was doing between Slack and Salesforce. Slack Regional Managers would often complain about Salesforce and its employees on team calls.

      Everyone is so nice and willing to help their teammates.

      Cons

      I have been told I could work from anywhere, but this is not the reality. We have to go to the office every week unfortunately.
