      Career Growth is very well-defined. (Joined as SDE I, moved to EM in 5 years). Chance to work in latest tech stack Opportunity to learn (Pursued Masters, funded by Company) and also attended various seminars and tech workshops. Chance to work in latest tech stack Lean Technology team is a plus w.r.t. visibility and growth for a company at this stature. International Exposure (Chance to meet and Work in Germany, Opportunity to solve Global mobility issues)

      No ESOPs/RSUs Inhouse Learning & Development is essential for a tech set-up

      Great workplace with supportive management

      Pros

      I've been working at Sixt Gatwick for a year, and overall, it's been a really positive experience. The best part about this job is the management. Our manager is very understanding, flexible, and supportive when it comes to balancing work with personal needs. Whether it's swapping shifts or needing time off, they always do their best to accommodate. This flexibility has made a huge difference in my work-life balance.

      Cons

      Benefit we get is employee rentals and that too restricted to age.
