Pros

Great peoople to work with, learn alot, easy to be promoted, great future, great management

Cons

Some managers are petty, dishonest, controlling, not much diversity in upper management

Pros

The team - they push you to be better and they don't then you push them to be better. Operations - it's an easy set up but everyday is not the same. The pace changes from 1 day to another, from 1 hour to the next. Commission - You get what you make.

Cons

Everyday is not the same. Sometimes you get a quick day with lots of operations, sales and service but then you could have a bit of downtime. You work in a rota including the weekends but only until 1pm.
