Pros

Caring environment, you really are a team ! Success is celebrated and support is all around to help you succeed! Every company is made up of it's people , however I've never met a company that can be so proud of the people that make it. Everyone from the first day to now have been nothing short of amazing and so so welcoming and caring.

Cons

Non in all honesty. If your prepared to work hard and grow whilst learning then look no further , you won't ever want to leave.

Pros

Leadership Opportunity: Hands-on experience managing a large team (20+ employees), which helps build strong people-management skills. Fast-Paced Environment: Great for developing problem-solving skills and operational agility. Get to drive some cool cars.

Cons

Long Hours and Operational Demands: Retail-style schedule, often requiring nights, weekends, and holidays. High Pressure Sales Environment: Strong focus on upselling can feel intense and target-driven. Turnover and Staffing Challenges: Like many retail ops, high employee turnover can strain branch performance and morale.

Dear employee, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. It's great to hear how much you've grown in your leadership skills and operational mindset. At the same time, we hear you on the demanding schedule, the sales pressure, and the challenges that come with high turnover. These are very real aspects of the job, and we're continuously working on ways to support our teams better — whether through improved staffing strategies, clearer targets, or more flexibility where possible. We truly appreciate your dedication and the impact you're making every day. Thanks for being such a valuable part of the team. Best regards
