This company is definitely for self-starters and those with a good amount of stress tolerance and a great energy level. You will not be constantly supervised and told what to do, but if you like to take ownership, this is where you can find tremendous opportunity to learn and grow and promotion from within happens on branch as well as HQ level. If you wish to explore, experience another Sixt branch or venture off into a different position at Sixt that you find more interesting or suitable for your talent/knowledge, a "NO" will 99.9% NOT stand in your way, but will be supported by management. Since the company is young in the USA, the team is relatively young too, which creates an energetic atmosphere that makes it fun to work in - don't expect to twiddle your thumbs.
I don't think that I could have learned as much about the car rental and its related industries in any other company during the last two years as I did here, going through operations and administration. As a go-getter, this is a good company to work for, as they give you room to make own decisions.
