Pros

The diversity, working close to Phx Sky Harbor International Airport, I have encountered an amazing amount of business along leisure travelers, from all around the world. Yes, we may encounter some "grumpy" travelers (in the "cons" section), but when we help ease their frustrations with the many options of vehicles we have, and how we can do our best to make any accomodations for their troubles.

Cons

Depending on the demand of car classes, we have ran short for certain reservations, in which we tried our best to offer the best solutions under whichever circumstances, and of course, it may be hard to please all irrate renters, but we do our best with whatever solutions we can offer.

Pros

Start up mentality which encourages independent thoughts and decision making. Senior Management is very supportive of the employees and works to provide an environment where employees can grow professionally. Great opportunities for advancement as we continue to grow. Strong emphasis placed on training and development. "Open door" policy from the President on down.

Cons

Communication from Corporate to the field needs improvement. .
