We are glad that you enjoyed the uniforms, compensation, and team atmosphere at Sixt in Atlanta. We have made many changes with our Atlanta location to ensure that we are providing an exceedingly comfortable work environment for our employees that offers structure and organization. We also provide an extensive four day basic training at our headquarters in Florida as well as on the job training when the new hire arrives to the location and continuously thereafter. With this training structure and our strong team, our employees can excel very quickly within the company.

Thank you for your review. We are glad that you enjoy the pay, benefits, bonus/commission structure and fun environment that Sixt provides. However, we are disappointed to hear that you have concerns regarding a few aspects of your position. Our Los Angeles location is a 24 hour branch so we require flexibility with scheduling. We encourage you to reach out to our VP of HR, Gaddy Fernandez, at 954-874-1793 in regards to the additional topics listed above. At Sixt we want to ensure that all employees are beyond satisfied with their positions and have a positive outlook!

Pros

The ability to travel and network with high level professionals was a key factor in developing my business and communications skills

Cons

Miscommunication between headquarters and branches was a big issue. The employees that work at Sixt both HQ and branches are great, but they need to treat their employees with more care in order to make them perform better and stick around for the long haul

Thank you for reviewing Sixt. We are happy to hear that you were able to further develop your skillset as a result of the travel and networking opportunities offered to our Management Trainees. We appreciate your feedback. Sixt does have a great benefits package including medical, dental, and vison benefits after 60 days of employment 6 PTO days after 6 months and banked holidays from day one. Being a start-up in the United States we do not yet have a 401K, however our employees can look forward to this in the future.
