I enjoy competition and Sixt pushes our CSA's to be in top 10!

Cons

Dealing with upset customers is not too much fun.

Not really anything I can think of.

Cons

False promises, commission is often taken away due to ridiculous reasons, rude customers and no help from management, no vehicles to supply customers. The company is trying to open so many locations with out even being able to keep afloat the current locations they have. Terrible work/life balance

Thank you for taking the time to review Sixt as your current employer. We appreciate your feedback. We agree, it is important to focus on our current branches in the United States. Over the course of the past year this is exactly what we have done and the improvements have been significant. We are consistently finding ways to become more innovative in order to provide our employees and customers with the best Sixt experience. Of course, there is always room to improve. The adaptability and motivation our employees possess help us to achieve our success. Our fleet teams on site as well as our mangers forecast demand for vehicles based off of reservations and season. Depending on the amount of walk-ins and no-shows the amount of cars will vary. We realize that this may be frustrating to the sales agent, however, there are alternatives that you can offer the customer. Your fleet team and managers will also communicate with you in regards to these changes. Again, we appreciate your feedback and are concerned about what you have listed in this review.
