Pros

Work/life balance, shift flexibility, training and support to help you grow within the company.

Cons

A lot of the systems are written in German with poor translation at times. They seem to be working that out though.

Thank you for taking some take to review our company! We are delighted to hear that you have the support and training necessary to fulfill your job responsibilities to the best of your ability- which can result in a job promotion! Keep up the great work and we'll see you at the top! Sixt is a German car rental company that still utilizes tools and technology from our home Head Quarter in Germany. Although we are the USA Operations, we like to keep our company international- we even offer German classes to select employees. Thanks for the advice! We're hungry to grow and dominate the Car Rental market- with employees like you, we know we can do it! #OrangePower

Pros

Branch Manager's Meeting locations are nice.

Cons

Promotional path is murky. Cross promotion within company is close to none. Salary not great compare to industry average. The top make the most money. This company lacks managerial training. Work to life balance. No loyalty towards front line management and front line employees. The difference between their European operation and their US operations. Employer lacks constant feedback. No yearly review to know what you need to work on.

Thanks for reviewing Sixt! We are a very performance based company, and overall compensation is dependent upon each individual's work conduct. We find our compensation is competitive compared to our market average. We apologize that you believe you were not given a performance review. I'll forward that over to our management. Best of luck in your future!

We appreciate your feedback. Sixt provides training courses to our employees to ensure they are ready to tackle any job at hand. Our recruiters work hard to explain our job responsibilities well and hire competent, and eager employees with the hunger to move up. We are growing immensely and the opportunity to make a difference is high. Thanks for the advice! We recently started implementing exit interviews to improve our employee satisfaction. We apologize you saw our high work load as a con. We focus on hiring performance oriented individuals who can drive in the fast lane!
