I started at the company as a graduate and have worked my way up the ladder. So many opportunities to develop and grow. A company which really does reward its employees and a great 'family' feel to the company.

Pay and manager at the time was good. Benefits for renting their cars

Cons

impossible to earn good commission at the time due to their space availability for their rental cars. Also, i was literally right next to other rental sales agent so we really couldnt speak to customers without being interrupted . Probably better now as they were changing when i left
