Not enough employees to reach their ultimate goal: premium to all customers. A little excessive pressure on sales.

Pros

Great way to learn the corporate latter and procedures. It helps if you are very dedicated to sell, engage with your superiors, and very customer service friendly.

Cons

Very high stress over commissions. The pay is good if your sales are high.

Pros

Get to meet a lot of people from different cultures, and also learn people skills. Incentive was really nice too.

Cons

Always working in the sun and rain. Ideas given to management seem to bounce off and go no where.

We are excited to hear that you are enjoying the Customer Service Associate role with us in Fort Lauderdale and wish you a lot of success with Sixt. We have made a lot of changes so far with this location that have expanded across the U.S. and we hope to implement more of your ideas in the future. We want you to continue to provide us with your feedback. The best ideas come from our customers and employees that are living the Sixt life everyday and we are appreciative that you value our business enough to voice your opinions. Even though the results may not come quickly, know that we are working to expand these ideas on a larger level and this takes time. In the past year we have moved Sixt FLL to a larger branch, expanded our return area, Build a covered overhang for our CSA's, upgraded our uniforms, and implemented a customer service rating score for the CSA's completed easily by the customer via text. We are excited to announce new changes in the coming months as well!
