      Pros

      The culture here is second to none. Company actually trusts it's employees. Incredible flexibility and remote working. Strong benefits that have gotten better each year I've been here. I've experienced tremendous career growth here. This is the only company I've ever worked for that I've given a 5 star rating to. I've brought several family members and friends aboard and highly recommend Simplus as a fantastic place to work. Ryan Westwood exhibits very strong leadership and genuinely cares about his team.

      Cons

      It's consulting and sometimes projects can be difficult and demanding. That said, I have always felt supported and learn a lot during crunch time.

      Pros

      Management genuinely cares about their people, and is fairly transparent about company performance. Benefits are good for the industry, and pay is at or above average. It’s also a great place to advance your career as they primarily promote from within.

      Cons

      Simplus has had trouble getting broader than CPQ. It’s an extremely difficult product to implement and isn’t as flexible as competing offerings (Apptus, BigMachines, etc). When project run into troubles (even small ones) the Salesforce account executives often don’t want to work with us anymore. If you know CPQ or are willing to learn, you will love it here though.

      Pros

      So far, I couldn't be more impressed. These guys are going places and are very innovative. Treat their employees like gold and it's an incredible work environment.

      Cons

      Parking downtown is a struggle, but they pay 80% of a parking pass, so they try to make it as easy as possible.
