Simplus is still growing and there is much opportunity to grow your skillset and take on new responsibilities. 3. Culture is one of the top metrics for the Executive Team. They want you to be happy at work and at home. They are transparent about the state of the company and seek employee feedback. 4. Simplus has positioned itself as a leader in the Salesforce ecosystem. 5. Training - Simplus has improved its training program substantially over the three years that I have worked here. There are also salary increases for completing certain training courses.
Cons
Some people may consider these cons and others may not: 1. Change - Growth and opportunity equal change.
