      Fun, Fast-paced, and Growing!

      Pros

      Simplus has a great atmosphere and is an exciting place to work. It is so much fun to be part of a company that is growing and knows where is it going. The Management team have their heads on straight and have a clear vision of where they want their departments to go. The CEO and President are top notch guys and are extremely fair and ethical. All in all it is a great place to work.

      Cons

      I think that Simplus is way too quite for how cool and exciting things are. For some reason everyone is whispering all of the time. It's kind of creepy.

      Honestly all of the pros of this company is gone

      Cons

      - Bad management - No new projects - Monthly silent layoffs - Basically if you are in bench, expect to be laid off - Loyalty means nothing, no culture
