      Pros

      - Great people and leadership - Culture - You're given the freedom to do your job the way you see fit, trying new things etc - Great work/life balance - Unlimited PTO and decent benefits

      Cons

      There are a lack of processes in some departments that make things feel ad hoc/disorganized at times. This is normal for a company growing this fast, and we're building out new standard processes and documentation to help alleviate this.

      Rapidly growing and evolving, fast-paced, challenging implementations, excellent collaboration and relationships with colleagues, everyone makes time to help. New ideas welcomed by management, can be brutally honest with no repercussions. Perfect culture for those who want to be constantly challenged. Hard work consistently recognized through the organization.

      Cons

      Rapid growth means putting in extra hours and doing what it takes to deliver to the customers -- which makes work/life balance difficult at times.

      Pros

      So much growth! Revenue has gone up 6x in 1 year. Departments have grown at a very similar rate. We've seen new impressive talent join in all areas of the business. Bonus incentives to earn Salesforce certifications as well as reimbursement for exam fees can't be beat. Come to Simplus if you want your career in Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ to sky rocket.

      Cons

      Growing pains still exist, but we've grown out of most of them.
