A real team focused culture. I see this in the CEO meeting all new joiners, very clear on the important values in the company, regular one on one's with my manager, regular team check ins and social events (although a bit less with COVID) Great pipeline of work Great variety of clients The business is exceeding it's revenue numbers Seen as a trusted advisor by clients Good humour at work, very important

Very fast growth created some challenges, which is to be expected.
