      Really fun startup

      Pros

      Its a really fun team to work with and cool environment. I like how open the management is and willing to listen to our ideas. I learned a lot while working here.

      Cons

      There are some real growth pains that they are going through. There are a lot of things that are not yet formalized and this can be frustrating as a developer, although it has gotten a lot better recently (especially with their scope process).

      Pros

      Original culture was incredible. There was a niche in the marketplace that Simplus filled. Good org, good people, good product.

      Cons

      The Infosys acquisition was tough. Lots of great people left. Cultures are different. There ARE great people at Infosys- but there’s no path to integration. The teams don’t understand one another.
