      - nice management - have frequent 1-on-1 with managers to help you in your career path - gives bonus when you obtain a certification

      - sometimes no project (but this can also be a pros because you will have time to upskill)

      Pros

      Simplus values and the way fellow employees model them makes it feel like home. The available help among colleagues is tremendous. The work life balance initiatives are super awesome and something to look forward to. Its all inclusive in the way things are done at all levels including corporate/executive. The available avenues to grow ones career are numerous. Military affiliated is well honored. Its a wonderful place to be.

      Cons

      Consultancy can be daunting, the yearning to deliver and complete tasks sometimes may get in the way of rest and maintaining a healthy balance. But still there is UNLIMITED PTO... Woohoo
