Inclusive and accountable culture. Unlimited PTO, highly engaged remote workforce.

Cons

Growing pains. The company grows so fast it doesn't have processes in place to manage the growth.

- Great people and leadership - Culture - You're given the freedom to do your job the way you see fit, trying new things etc - Great work/life balance - Unlimited PTO and decent benefits

Cons

There are a lack of processes in some departments that make things feel ad hoc/disorganized at times. This is normal for a company growing this fast, and we're building out new standard processes and documentation to help alleviate this.
