      Good pay great collagues pleasant work atmosphese

      Cons

      cafeteria sucks sales are stagnant, so there are not many growth opportunities layoffs are frequest since the 2008. Before the crisis there were no lay-offs long tim a lot of politics. If you are not "in" the politics, you are automatically out.

      -Big Company -Great Benefits -Many possibilities and different market sectors

      Cons

      -Hi Level of Hypocrisy from employees and management -Lots of politics -lack of opportunities for growth -very stressful environment -very incompetent management whether senior or medium with continuous major changes in the company infrastructure and organization chart. -not having their own decision always following Germany's decision regardless of local customers benefit.
