      World leader, good reputation when it comes to the field of healthcare. Competent engineers with innovative ideas. Forward looking products.

      Cons

      Not very talented and unmotivated employees who rose through the ranks based on seniority and not actual accomplishments. Very staid culture.

      Pros

      There is lots of opportunity in the chaos to advance your career. Siemens is supportive of employees developing themselves and their skills. As a global company, there are many opportunities to travel or work abroad.

      Cons

      There is poor communication between groups of companies. There are disjointed goals between Siemens groups that are using other Siemens groups as suppliers. There is a noticeable reluctance to make hard business decisions. The overall Siemens organization is overreacting to training for business compliance. Workshops and meetings are used far too frequently.

      Salary ok, good amount of holidays/vacation days working place located in a nice city

      Cons

      sometimes very boring not too many opportunities for self-improvement salary could be much better comparable jobs at SAP, for example, offer company (official) cars stock options could be much better
