Growing company with good product; It was nice to work at a company that was doing so well and had a very positive, enthusiastic user base.

Cons

Strategic leadership is lacking; they are able to ride failures of competitors but making important decisions is difficult for senior leaders

This is an awesome place to work. Management is great and the people are also wonderful to work with. Teams are cohesive and collaboration across my department is stellar.
