Its a well established company with great view into the future, they know how to run business and make money. Lots of great benefits and great, and smart people working there

Cons

No promotion from within, always hiring new people. Lack of leadership in some financial departments, and lots of corporate bs.

Pros

Flexible hours, winners mentality and a lot of good people make it the best place to work. SN rewards their employees generously and is helping with personal development.

Cons

Above mentioned personal development is for sure not applicable in every department and depends on the manager. Sometimes you are working crazy hours but this is not always negative as you work towards common goals.
