Great humble and hungry culture, hard-working fun people. Leadership at the top is very inspiring. Great growth outlook and potential to explore many career opportunities.

Cons

Growing pains and moving fast. Lots of new leadership, while great leaders...some internal (kingdom) struggles to work through.

It has never been an HR onboarding experienced until now. Very straight forward and well-defined step-by-step TODOs before joining the company until 3 months after onboarding.

Cons

Department training is not a part of HR onboarding services as for now, which leads some move around of training systems around.
