Pros

The ServiceNow platform delivers on it's promises to customers, so great product - very easy to feel comfortable and confident to advocate for it. ServiceNow people are even better than it's product - passionate about the product, customers and supporting each other.

Cons

Growing pains typical of a company experiencing explosive growth.

Pros

Great place to grow career, lots of opportunities due to the fast growth. Some great benefits and a great senior leadership team.

Cons

Still developing HR department, room for improvement around international opportunities, general benefits etc. Some unstructured processes make things confusing sometimes, for example what do I need to do to advance to the next stage for job growth isnt super clear.
