Pros

Big presence in ITSM with steep sustained growth. Lot of opportunities for individual improvement. Good office culture.

Cons

Don't-break-things mentality for new features. Processes for software development are not ironed out and cause a lot of friction and confusion with every release.

They have great benefits and flexible work hours. The pay is decent and the job can be interesting. Some of the people there are really wonderful to spend time with.
