Pros

1. Awesome Benefits and Package 2. Good Stock Options 3. Office is Nice and spacious. 4. Higher Education Support. 5. Free snacks and Tea, Foody's will enjoy.

Cons

1. Very Less Innovative work inside & company is busy in Acquiring another companies. 2. No Latest Tech Stack (Trending Technologies were used rarely, you just have to stick to their platform). 2. Women dominant benefits , Men should be considered equally or at least half while giving benefits. 3. US Driven Late night meetings. 4. Hire and fire culture. 5. Internal movement is a difficult task, if you have bad manager then you are gone.

Pros

Great product, and management in Australia is amazing. Its when you step out of the country where things go downhill. Good benefits and pays well. Workplace services takes care of the offices, free food snacks and Friday drinks

Cons

If you don't come from LinkedIn you don't exist. No growth opportunities, no internal promotions. HR is moved to India so you never get responses or actual help when you need it and when you do get a response it's usually them blocking decisions.

Cons

No personal desk space We spend 8+ hours of our day here. A personal cube would be nice to make our long days a little more enjoyable - Zero flexibility! You don’t always have to be in the office to be productive. Especially with the open floor plans sometimes you can get more work done working from home - if it’s slow let us go home early and beat the horrible commute! We are all responsible adults to leave early and log back on from home to finish out the day! -Open floor plan does not allow us to make calls. I don’t always want my peers to hear my conversations and vice versa
