Great place for a high-performing and adaptable employee

Pros

Customers of ServiceNow are advocates of ServiceNow, humble C-level team, lots of support across the organization to get things done and a great team of people to do it.

Cons

Processes, internal system integrations and metrics are a little behind the curve. Since ServiceNow grew so fast, there were some misses in building a measurable foundation as people just worked to keep up with the pace!

Company direction unclear, better tech companies to work for.

Pros

Work life balance and flexibility (although this is job dependent) and good autonomous work. Worked with a great team and was empowered to make decisions. Great disruptive product.

Cons

Not sure where the company direction is heading, very political in management level and nepotism is all too real. No real "culture" and people are fired left and right.

- one of the top IT companies in the world - opportunity to learn about new IT products and services

Cons

- fast paced - aggressive attitude from management and colleagues (not unusual in pre-sales and sales departments, but very extreme in this company)
