Pros

Very strong product and customer value proposition. Company is growing consistently at 40%. CEO and new mission and vision ('making the world of work work better for people) taking the company in an an exciting direction. People are solid, professional and generally collegial

Cons

Usual downsides associated with a fast growth company--lots of change, process maturity and support structures are several step behind where they should be. In particular, if you are a manager and need to recruit staff, you're on your own. The driver culture of SN means that there is lots of people doing stuff without much coordination or forethought. Also, internal competition at the senior levels of the company is intense. it's not as collegial. There are many good leaders, but as with any company, quality is variable depending on where you sit. The marketing department, for instance, has a terrible culture with lots of micro management.

Pros

* Good compensation and RSUs. * Great Work culture and perks. * Management is eager to listen to feedbacks.

Cons

There is pressure to grow too fast. Because of that we are seeing not so great hires. That is going to hurt us all. Also this means there are lots of new people grouped together who have not absorbed the culture and that results into a culture "fork".
