      Pros

      None for women actually, infact they will loose their confidence with the bro-culture and clearly biased work environment in ServiceNow. Lots of favouritism over actual talent and quite a judgemental peers.

      Cons

      The most TOXIC workplace for women ever !! Fishbowl internal company bowl has so many incidents listed with women, please don’t fall into the positive reviews trap here in glassdoor, all you strong girls out there. This place will make you doubt your own capabilities. No wonder there are merely few women in top leadership and senior technical roles

      Comp was excellent. Technical people are excellent.

      Cons

      Yes, the comp was great. Hard to watch executives get cheered on for plagiarizing your work. Especially when those praising them are letting you know that they know it’s your work product. HR there only to protect executives so good luck reporting anything. Thanks for the money, so glad I don’t have to deal with all the fake people anymore.
