      - colleagues are nice and knowledgeable - management is lax - large client base; high visibility

      Cons

      - tools are subpar to competitors; geared to customers, not employees - overworked; too many responsibilities - little opportunity for movement within the organization - substandard pay Many of my colleagues were unsatisfied with their jobs, but were stuck because of their visa.
