      Pros

      If you are based in India,there are no good reasons to be here across any domain..They treat India as slaves and are trying to remove everything here to move to Romania.. Management here is worst.

      Cons

      Negative opportunities to learn and grow. Useless and totally exploitative management. Less pay. No vareer growth. Try your luck elsewhere rather than falling here

      Great people with tons of talent.

      Cons

      The company has changed direction and is struggling to keep up in a saturated market. Lack of transparency. Just ahead of a significant reduction in workforce, the company made the decision to change their severance package from 2 months of base pay plus 1 week per year of service to 2 weeks plus 1 week per year of service. This was very disingenuous for employees working through the end of life on their legacy platform and was not communicated until people were informed of the layoffs.
