      The culture and people are great. If you are interested in the security field, there are a lot of opportunities and departments you can work in across the company covering all domains.

      Pros

      SecureWorks has decent culture, is part of Dell, and has good benefits.

      Cons

      Management is extremely reactionary and not focused on quality. Of late, the focus is more on short-term revenues, but it is at the expense of our current customers as we do not have the resources to handle the increased volume.

      Great minds and exposure to technology. Options to move to other departments or be promoted. Diverse staff with a lot of passion for what they do.

      Cons

      Drop in service to clients since Dell acquisition. High pressure working environment and lack of resources provided to complete jobs and meet expectations.
