      lots of talented people, effective technology platform which supports most 3rd party security tools, and competitive pay & benefits

      Pros

      You get to learn about customers and their network infrastructure.I worked in the SOC.A wide variety of information is on the table as you have to deal with them on a daily basis.Direct business communication with security experts from different companies->improves business communication.Overall good to digest useful technical security knowledge.

      Cons

      No teamwork->Bad management->They do not appreciate or value employees hardwork->Top management does not know about it.The middlemen are a spoilsport.
