Great colleagues, international clientele and internal environment. Huge amount of perks, very organized and structured: everything can be addressed. Speak up culture emphasized.

Cons

Slow sometimes, offices not really pretty in germany especially. Other offices are nicer.

Pros

Really good contract conditions - competitive pay and many benefits (IG Metall Tarif). The daily tasks are quite career-enriching since they enable working and getting knowledge from many internal and external stakeholders of Airbus.

Cons

In Germany it is mostly located in Hamburg. The city is great but I understand not everyone has the chance of moving.

It's a very international company, diverse and inclusive. Well located in the city with easy access by public transportation. Very good conditions for employees.

Cons

The canteen could be imporved, but there also some other good options for lunch around the office.
