Pros
Marc Benioff is a great leader and visionary. His vision is understood and executed on by many employees within the company. Solid product / service offering with a generally good market perception.
Cons
Incredibly political. No longer a company that can act quickly and adjust to a changing competitive landscape. Product is heading in a good direction with the Social applications, but lack of focus on the core functionality has caused dissatisfaction with the customers. No work-life balance.
