Better communication between management and expectations

Very toxic culture The leadership gives you some targets at the beginning of the fiscal year and at the end of the year they just change their mind and say those targets are not valid anymore and they take back your commissions you worked for. No announcement, nothing, you just see your commission statement and have to figure it out what is going on. They redistribute the accounts all the time, it's a total mess. You can work on some accounts for a couple of months and before closing a deal you realise that account was moved to someone else. The lack of transparency and communication is shocking, they make decisions that affect hundreds of employees without communicating anything.
