Pros

Three weeks vacation to start. RRSP matching

Cons

Lack of confidence in management. They are arrogant. The chief of the group was stocking software boxes on shelves before and has hired friends and yes-men. The sales guy has never successfully sold and is behind the times to boot sadly.

Pros

Growing company, very innovative in the way it goes about it's business and it's a very stable working environment as well.

Cons

big company, takes awhile to establish yourself as with any other big company, but the opportunity is definitely there for the right person.

Pros

Nice offices, benefits. Progressive HR toward benefits.

Cons

Employee and customer suggestions for product improvements are often ignored. Features and release cycles are not based on the needs I heard from customers and the channel. Inside sales people (selling only one product in the portfolio) attempt to sell large installations and then ask for help in designing and implementing. Often this means getting help from development people or channel people they competed with. Yet our motto was that the customer came first.
