Pros

Exceptional work to life balance. We create and support software for non-profit organizations within my division. Not only do I get to make a living doing what I consider to be play, I help make the world a better place in the process.

Cons

Nothing immediately comes to mind.

Pros

Lean operation that came in from Europe and expanded ability to learn and grow as well as shine up what we already knew.

Cons

The part that I worked for was sold off because the product was too complex.

Pros

Great and smart people. IT industry pays well. Clock in clock out- if clients are not there, you're not expected to work late.

Cons

Too many acquisitions makes for internal operations and systems to be over-complicated. HR tries to create a fun corporate culture, however it comes across as bureaucratic and a little bit boring.
