In the spirit of our values, particularly Human and Simplify, our colleagues continue to be empowered through platforms like our Talent Marketplace to take part in 'Gigs'—short-term projects within different function areas in the business meant to promote collaboration, showcase the calibre of talent we have at Sage, and build strong colleague networks within the business. As we simplify our processes and operations, several other opportunities are emerging for colleagues to partner on different projects. That said, we appreciate that we still have a lot more room for improvement. We shall keep making strides in the right direction.
