      Great culture, still early days of international expansion

      Pros

      Good culture if you work in Germany or Austria, reasonable pay, treated well. Lots of work but you will not be yelled for working your 8 hours.

      Cons

      The international expansion is still in early days (Sweden, Denmark, UK) and feels like the german-language centric culture has not been adapted to acommodate non-german branches of company.
