They just expect you to do the job. As long as you do that they don’t bother you with anything else.

Pros

I love working for them. Great team at our OKC location! They were also great when I had to support a family member through an illness and treatment plan. They offer a wonderful family leave program to support families that are going through tough times. They are also flexible for roles in office, remote, or hybrid for many roles.

Cons

All federal jobs and contracts are currently under review due to current government reviews, so lots of people are nervous right now.

Landscaping is fantastic and the shops nearby have nice lunch options.

Cons

Out of date internal tech. Bureaucratic processes. Unfriendly office culture. Out of touch leadership.
