Pros

I spent 32 years at SAIC - so I loved the company and the culture ... until we went public. I still think it's a solid company; however, I was dissatisfied with my management.

Cons

Since they are considering splitting into 2 companies, while I believe there may be many opportunities, I expect that it will take 18-24 months for the "dust to settle" and the leadership having the two "new" companies ont track with their strategies.
