      Cons

      Not a top employer anymore. Office presence rate, not enough office space. Benefits such as language courses were cut. Still using excels for everything. Not supporting the pride march.

      Good work/life balance, ethically literate and civilized people, good/bad managers depending on department, german dna, promotions based on merit- at least in my dept,felt good there

      Cons

      slow company - it is too big to steer fast, promotions are scarce, sometimes they sell jobs rather than career paths,
